So, join our team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to drive engineering excellence across the Client Experience Platform (CEP). This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for shaping scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions while influencing engineering practices across multiple teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build and deliver core CEP services using Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus) and Python, API’s\nDevelop reusable frameworks, libraries, engineering standards and reference implementations adopted across teams.\nLead CEP's migration from PaaS to Kubernetes, including containerization, deployment patterns and scalability.\nTranslate architectural direction into practical engineering solutions, patterns and guardrails.\nDesign and evolve REST, GraphQL and event-driven APIs and integrations.\nDrive adoption of Generative AI solutions including LLM integrations, RAG and agentic AI capabilities.\nDefine and embed DevSecOps best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning and Infrastructure as Code.\nEnsure observability, resilience, security and performance are built into solutions from the outset.\nLead design reviews, code reviews and resolution of complex technical challenges.\nIdentify and address technical debt, engineering risks and platform improvement opportunities.\nMentor senior engineers and elevate engineering capability across the organization.\nWhat We're Looking For\n12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong technical depth and enterprise-level influence.\nStrong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems and modern software architecture.\nHands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).\nExperience leading cloud-native platform modernization or Kubernetes migration initiatives.\nStrong API and integration experience including REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.\nDeep understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, GitHub Actions/Jenkins and Argo CD.\nExperience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions including LLM integration, RAG and conversational or agentic AI applications.\nProven track record of building reusable engineering frameworks, standards or platform capabilities adopted across multiple teams.\nStrong stakeholder management, mentoring and technical leadership skills.\nYou will consistently ask: Is it aligned with our architecture?
