These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions.\nAbout your role\nAs a Full-Stack Developer/Specialist, you will be involved in the full software development and delivery lifecycle. This includes collaborating closely with stakeholders in China and Canada to design and implement complex business logic using the Spring Boot Java framework, business flow engines, and React. You will adhere to established processes, technical standards, and security guidelines, ensuring rapid delivery with exceptional quality.\nAbout you\nFast learning and strong logical thinking, being able to contribute in below area:\nUnderstand business requirements through direct interaction.\nParticipate Backend Service design, API, DB tables design.\nDevelopment and maintenance of backend API which would support Mobile App\nDevelopment of Web frontend projects\nDevelopment integration application with Fidelity backend system or external third-party systems.\nDevelopment and deploy application in AWS environment.\nEnsure that work performed within the group is supportable and completed within the overall IT strategy of FIL,and meet quality standards.\nEnsure adherence to project management processes and assist in the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes.\nWorks under minimal supervision to meet goals set by management.\nMaintain quality documents and follow the process defined for development.\nManage own task progress and update timely to stakeholders\nQualifications Required:\nMinimum 3 years experience in Java/Web/Microservice development.\nExperience with frontend development technologies such as react,vue\nExperience in Tools that assist Development, Testing, Build and Source code versioning.\nEssential documentation and service design skills.\nExperience & good understanding of full development life cycle.\nAble to prioritise own activities, work under pressure.\nExperience with AWS cloud or other cloud systems is a plus.\nGood business English skill is required, reading,writing,listening,speaking\n2nd shift is expected based on project requirement (Canada project, 1:00 PM -10:00 PM, not everyday shift, depends on project arrangement)\nFeel rewarded\nFor starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
