The role is responsible for maintaining recurring reports, designing dashboards, administering data feeds, monitoring data quality, performing foundational analyses, and assisting with reporting automation initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and business leaders, develop technical expertise in reporting, SQL, data management, visualization, and business intelligence while helping stakeholders understand business performance through accurate and timely information. They will also be detail-oriented, intellectually curious professionals with a passion for data and continuous learning.They combine strong analytical thinking, technical aptitude, and business awareness to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights. Through reliable report delivery, strong stakeholder support, and ongoing development of SQL, reporting, visualization, and analytical skills, they build the foundation for progression into senior analytics and business intelligence roles.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nReporting & Performance Monitoring\nMaintain and update daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports\nProduce recurring operational, financial, and management reporting packages\nAdminister systematic reporting processes and ensure reports are delivered accurately and on schedule\nMonitor business performance metrics and identify notable trends and exceptions\nAssist with report enhancements and modifications based on stakeholder requirements\nCoordinate reporting activities and support reporting schedules across business areas\nDashboard Development & Data Visualization\nCreate and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports that communicate business performance\nDesign basic visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools\nSupport senior analysts in dashboard development and reporting projects\nPrepare presentations and reporting materials that communicate analytical findings effectively\nApply visualization best practices and standardized reporting formats\nData Quality, Governance & Data Management\nValidate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems\nMaintain critical reporting tables, data repositories, and reporting datasets\nDocument source tables, data definitions, business rules, and reporting processes\nIdentify, investigate, and escalate data quality issues and reporting discrepancies\nSupport data governance initiatives and maintain compliance with reporting standards\nAssist with the management of internal and third-party data feeds used for reporting and analysis\nData Analysis & Insights\nGather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources\nPerform ad-hoc analyses to support business questions and decision-making\nIdentify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement\nSupport senior analysts in evaluating operational and financial performance\nProvide meaningful business context and insights alongside analytical outputs\nAssist with performance measurement and KPI reporting initiatives\nData Retrieval\nWrite and maintain basic queries to retrieve and validate data using the appropriate tool/scripting language for the task\nExtract data for dashboards, reports, and analytical projects.\nLearn relational database concepts, reporting structures, and data models.\nSupport reporting automation and data optimization initiatives.\nAssist with maintaining reporting datasets and data warehouse structures\nReporting Automation & Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting activities.\nAssist with optimization of existing reports and reporting workflows.\nSupport efforts to improve reporting efficiency, speed, and usability.\nHelp eliminate redundant reports and streamline information delivery processes.\nParticipate in reporting enhancement and data management projects\nStakeholder Support & Training\nWork closely with managers and business partners to understand reporting requirements.\nRespond to data and reporting inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nAssist in educating end users on reporting tools, data sources, and analytical capabilities.\nBuild positive working relationships across departments.\nCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively\nThe Expertise You Bring\n· Analytics & Problem Solving\n· Data Management\n· Business Intelligence & Reporting, visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects\n· Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\n· Communication & Professional Skills\nExperience, Education\n· University Degree in Computer Science, Finance.
