You’ll have a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop your career in an inclusive environment where you’ll feel valued and supported to be your best - both personally and expertly.\nBusiness Overview\nThe CRM support group is part of IS division and provides support for Customer Relationship Management and Marketing applications for Fidelity Investments Canada.\nReporting to the CRM Support Team Manager, the software developer is responsible for development and support of Customer Relationship Management and Events Management technical solutions for Fidelity Canada. This includes support of existing CRM and Marketing tools, evaluation and development of new solutions based on specific business requirements and rotating on-call support for SalesForce.com and Marketo applications.\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop LWC/Apex/Visualforce in Salesforce platform and document process\n\nDevelop Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM components\n\nLead in definition and estimation of project work packages, including systems design specifications, overall testing, and implementation plans\n\nDevelop and configure event management tool (Marketo)\n\nComplete required unit-testing, and cooperate with other IS and business teams to ensure timely, efficient, and errors-free implementation\n\nParticipate in planning and execution of CRM and Events Management tools upgrades and migrations\n\nParticipate in CRM support schedule, work on incident and enhancement/maintenancetickets assignments and deliver excellent technical support\n\nProactively promote enhancements to departmental processes, technical and business solutions\n\nMaintain solid understanding of business needs and participates in planning and execution of technical presentations and demos for our business partners\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n2+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, emphasizing backend solutions (Apex and APIs) as well as system integration\n\nFamiliarity with data governance and security best practices.\n\nExperience developing in Java, experience with Web Services Development\n\nSolid experience with the full life cycle of software development\n\nStrong leadership skills\n\nDetail oriented, with strong analytical skills\n\nCustomer service oriented\n\nSolid written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business users\n\nSelf-starter with strong teamwork culture\n\nNice to Have\nHands-on experience with Marketo, especially concerning smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration\n\nExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud development\n\nExperience with Salesforce Financial Cloud development\n\nDevelopment experience with REST Web Services\n\nDevelopment experience in Mutual Funds industry\n\nEducation\nUniversity degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience\n\nSalesforce Certification - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II preferred\n\nWe use AI-enabled LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to support parts of our sourcing process.
