You’ll have a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop your career in an inclusive environment where you’ll feel valued and supported to be your best - both personally and professionally.\nWhat You Will Do:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Process Analyst to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and reduce business risk and costs.\nIn this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for building a library of reusable automation components, developing robust integrations through APIs, maintaining existing automations, and helping drive governance and continuous improvement initiatives across the automation portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Development\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).\nDevelop end-to-end RPA solutions by creating reusable objects, workflows, and processes.\nEstablish and maintain automation development standards and reusable components to accelerate future bot development.\nEnsure solutions meet business, security, and quality requirements.\nBusiness Process Analysis\nPartner with business stakeholders across multiple lines of business to understand current processes and identify automation opportunities.\nFacilitate process discovery and process mapping sessions.\nAnalyze and document end-to-end business workflows, assessing feasibility, risks, and expected benefits of automation initiatives.\nPrepare comprehensive business and technical process documentation.\nIntegration & Development\nDesign, develop, and test integrations using APIs and web services to support automated business processes.\nBuild and maintain interfaces between enterprise applications and automation platforms.\nEnsure all solutions are developed in alignment with established development standards and best practices.\nSupport & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues in a timely manner.\nImplement process improvements and enhancements based on changing business requirements.\nContinuously identify opportunities to optimize and expand automation capabilities.\nGovernance & Quality Assurance\nParticipate in automation governance processes, including design reviews, architecture reviews, and reusability assessments.\nEnsure automation solutions comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.\nSupport documentation, testing, deployment, and change management activities.\nReporting & Performance Metrics\nDevelop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for automated processes.\nMeasure automation effectiveness, operational savings, and business outcomes.\nProvide regular updates and insights to leadership on automation performance and opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.\nExperience\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).\nExperience delivering multiple end-to-end automation projects from design through deployment.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders and managing requirements with minimal supervision.\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop (experience with other RPA platforms is considered an asset).\nStrong programming experience with C#, Visual Basic (.NET), SQL, and relational databases.\nExperience developing and consuming APIs and web services.\nStrong understanding of software development best practices and solution architecture.\nExperience creating reusable automation frameworks and components.\nCore Competencies\nAbility to identify automation and process re-engineering opportunities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into clear business value and outcomes.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Analytics, or Intelligent Document Processing solutions.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience in process engineering, business process improvement, or business analysis.\nKnowledge of infrastructure and architecture supporting enterprise RPA platforms.\nExperience implementing automation governance and operational frameworks.\nRPA Developer certification (Microsoft, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent).\nSuccess Measures\nThe successful candidate will:\nDeliver high-quality automation solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.\nDevelop reusable automation assets that accelerate future implementations.\nBuild strong partnerships with business stakeholders and identify new automation opportunities.\nMaintain reliable and stable automations with minimal downtime.\nContribute to automation governance and best practices.\nEstablish meaningful KPIs and reporting that demonstrate automation value and impact.\nTotal Rewards That Reflect Your Impact\nWe believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
