In collaboration with IT, the team works with internal clients on leveraging data, establishing patterns and customer journeys, as well as identifying and communicating significant business trends.The Sr. Analyst Advanced Analytics role plans, designs, develops, and deploys analytical solutions throughout the organization, while objectively evaluating the effectiveness of various sales and marketing activities using various data mining techniques.\nWhat You Will Do:\nStakeholder Management (20-30%)\nWorks with key stakeholders to understand the business problem and translate it into appropriate analytics solution\n\nEngages with key stakeholders for smooth execution, delivery and implementation of solutions\n\nBalance interests and negotiate solutions that drive consensus while supporting business objectives\n\nDeveloping and Delivering Solutions (40-50%)\nHands-on experience with statistical modelling techniques using python\n\nMarketing, events, sales campaign analysis (AB tests, Pre vs. Post, Journey orchestration)\n\nEvaluates and develops advanced tools, methodologies or infrastructure to support long-term business problems and take the group to the next level\n\nWorks with tech teams to bring models to production and to identify and resolve any data, environment, or implementation issues\n\nUnderstanding of agile development and model development lifecycle, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines\n\nResearch and prototype AI/ML Solutions, development of emerging analytics techniques\n\nStorytelling with the help of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.) and enhance existing data visualization capabilities for Sales, Marketing & Leadership team\n\nData engineering, Ad-hoc data management and periodic reporting\n\nCollaboration and Ownership (10-20%)\nSharing of knowledge, best practices with the team including coaching or training in AI/ML methodologies. Provides mentoring, coaching, and consulting advice and guidance to staff, e.g. analytic methodologies, data recommendations\n\nTakes complete independent ownership of the projects and the initiatives in the team with minimal support\n\nCentralized analytics expertise reduces redundancies and maintains consistent impartial messaging to management\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nUniversity degree (Engineering, Math/Statistics or Computer Science related) or equivalent work experience\n\n3-5 years of experience employing various statistical modelling and data analysis techniques, such as linear / logistic regression, decision trees, affinity analysis, clustering/segmentation, and time series forecasting\n\nExperience deciphering complex data and effectively communicating results to stakeholders\n\nEnjoy building solutions and are comfortable writing codes and using analytical tools such as Knime\n\nExperience with visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), Python and SQL\n\nExperience applying advanced consumer intelligence / marketing techniques\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint\n\nThe Following are Assets:\nKnowledge and experience in financial services, with a focus on the investment industry\n\nExperience in Adobe Stack, digital analytics, marketing and advertising\n\nCertification in KNIME, SAS or SPSS, Snowflake, Tableau\n\nExperience in working with APIs and real time data connectivity to various service providers.\n\nKnowledge of Gen AI/LLM/NLP\n\nThe Expertise You Bring:\nAbility to communicate quantitative data into a visually engaging story.\n\nExcellent time management skills with ability to work in a high performing culture with time sensitive deadlines.\n\nSolid interpersonal and organizational skills combined with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments.\n\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team, a self-starter with a positive attitude.\n\nGenuine interest in capital markets, financial industry, banking, future state of technology like artificial intelligence & machine learning\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL and PowerPoint\n\nWe use AI-enabled LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to support parts of our sourcing process.
