The Full Stack Developer, Sr works closely with other team members to ensure application availability and system maintenance. They act as the technical developer and lead on all assigned projects.\nLead the development team on all assigned projects, coordinating the activities of developers to achieve breakthroughs and meet project deliverable dates. \nAnalyze business requirements and establish project estimates in collaboration with technical resources. \nCoordinate all technical aspects related to assigned projects, including system design, development, deployment, code review, integration, and support. \nDeliver world-class products and services aligned with established quality standards. \nContinuously review and improve development processes and methodologies to achieve flawless business results. \nEnsure application designs are efficient, effective, and meet corporate quality standards. \nWork with the Application Manager and Development Manager to ensure continuous application support. \nProvide technical coaching and mentoring to team members. \nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for an exceptionally dedicated individual with a proven track record in the IT field. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong technical background and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.\nUniversity degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.\n7+ years of progressive IT experience with strong expertise in relational databases and modern application development using Java, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS\nProven experience designing and developing applications within the mutual fund, investment management, or financial services industry.\nStrong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nHands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise services.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and stakeholder-facing materials.\nThe Expertise You Bring\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with relational database technologies.\nMinimum 5 years of experience developing web-based applications using Java and Angular frameworks.\nExcellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.\nDemonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to addressing complex challenges.\nProven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide technical discussions, mentor team members, and drive successful outcomes across cross-functional teams\nCurrent work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.\nTotal Rewards That Reflect Your Impact\nWe believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
