Job Description:

The Role

Are you passionate about hospitality, event execution, and creating exceptional guest experiences? As a Dining Room Coordinator within Fidelity Investments' Specialty Dining team, you will support the daily operation of our Signature Venue spaces, including executive dining rooms, conference centers, lounges, and hospitality areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, execution, replenishment, and breakdown of food and beverage services that range from casual coffee and snack offerings to buffet programs, all-day meetings, and select VIP dining experiences. You will ensure guest-facing spaces remain fully stocked, organized, and presentation-ready while delivering attentive service that reflects Fidelity's commitment to excellence.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a hospitality-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Whether preparing an executive meeting space, replenishing a lounge, coordinating a buffet service, or supporting a special event, your contributions will help create seamless and memorable experiences for our guests.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

To be successful in this position, you bring a combination of hospitality experience, operational excellence, and a commitment to superior guest service.

Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, conference center, catering, or fine dining experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting buffet service, beverage programs, event execution, or high-touch guest environments is highly desirable. ServSafe certification, allergen awareness training, and knowledge of dietary accommodations are preferred.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of hospitality service standards, food and beverage presentation, and guest experience guidelines.
  • Experience with buffet setup, replenishment, breakdown, and catering-style service execution.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver catering pack-outs, organize serviceware, and maintain event readiness.
  • Experience stocking, maintaining, and replenishing beverage stations, lounges, pantries, and hospitality spaces.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, allergens, and dietary accommodations.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with executives, clients, guests, and internal partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with culinary, venue, and operations teams.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods, moving throughout multiple venue spaces, and lifting or transporting service equipment and supplies.
  • Flexibility to support varying event schedules, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and special events.

The Team

At Fidelity Investments, we foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and exceptional client service. The Specialty Dining team delivers hospitality experiences that support Fidelity's executives, associates, and guests across a unique portfolio of Signature Venue spaces.

As a Dining Room Coordinator, you will work closely with culinary professionals, venue teams, event planners, and hospitality leaders to deliver seamless food and beverage experiences. Your role is central to maintaining the appearance, readiness, and operational excellence of our lounges, meeting spaces, and executive dining environments.

By combining hospitality expertise and operational rigor with a dedication to service, you will uphold the high standards defining Fidelity's Signature Venues. You will build experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
