Associate will be responsible for the planning and execution of our strategy in a customer segmented environment. You must strategically manage competing priorities, processes, and customer needs to ensure that the highest value will be obtained.\nThe primary goal of this role is to plan and drive numerous initiatives and leadership planning routines to help enhance client satisfaction and retention, support the digital transformation of the business and collaborate across Fidelity Charitable (FC) while driving quality, scale and efficiency for a highly engaged workforce. You will play a critical role supporting the leaders of the function develop and implement the Service Delivery and Operations strategy as well as track and inform the prioritization of various initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with various leaders to support core operations planning and working with the Portfolio Delivery function to ensure transparency to the Service and Operations roadmaps, develop executive-level presentations, and coordinate highly transparent workstreams.\nPartner with leaders to develop strategic business initiatives and mechanisms for tracking and reporting progress \nAdditionally, you will provide leadership and direction to help plan, prioritize and run a variety of process improvement initiatives to ensure our long-term strategic objectives are met.\nDevelop communications and presentations drive key messages \nPerforming resource planning, budgeting and other visualization based activities.
