This interaction is at the very heart of Fidelity’s investment research value proposition.\nThe Expertise We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technology field.\n3+ years in Full Stack Engineering with demonstrated experience in:Backend: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API development (REST)\nFrontend: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript\nTesting Frameworks, Quality Engineering & Secure Development Practices\n\nExperience or exposure to production support and incident resolution.\n2+ years’ experience or familiarity with AWS Cloud technologies, such as EC2, S3, Lambdas, or CloudWatch.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI coding practices\nThe Skills You Bring\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nSolid understanding of software development principles and coding practices.\nAbility to contribute to technical discussions and learn from senior team members.\nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to manage priorities effectively.\nPassion for learning new technologies and improving engineering skills.\nWillingness to participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.\nInterest in working across the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.\nWillingness to leverage GenAI coding practices where needed\nHow Your Work Impacts the Organization\nThe position aligns to the Equity Technology division of Asset Management Technology (AMT), which provides technology and support for the Equity Asset Class.
