You will work closely with data scientists, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to employ AI technology into scalable solutions.\nThe Value You Deliver\nAs a Data Scientist, you will leverage Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Generative AI, and Deep Learning to build AI-native solutions that drive business value.\nApply customer-centric thinking to solve complex business problems through innovative, data-driven approaches.\nFoster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing while developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and accelerate AI adoption across the organization.\nThe Skills that are Key to this role\nTechnical / Behavioral\nHands-on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions.\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end predictive modeling lifecycle, including EDA, feature engineering, model development, validation, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.\nProficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using tools/frameworks such as Streamlit.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nExperience designing and orchestrating agentic AI workflows and applications.\nStrong understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM application development.\nAbility to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nThe Skills that are Good To Have for this role\nExperience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.\nFamiliarity with Vector Databases, Embedding Models, and Transformer architectures.\nExperience with the LangChain ecosystem (LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith) or equivalent for building and operating AI agent solutions.\nExperience designing evaluation frameworks (Evals) for LLM and agentic AI systems.\nUnderstanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.\nExposure to Responsible AI, model observability, and governance practices.\nHow Your Work Impacts the Organization\nThe Team\nWe are the ARD AI Team within the Analytics, Research & Data organization under Enterprise Data & AI.
