This role partners closely with the FCIU leadership team to establish effective governance practices, monitor operational performance, drive data-driven decision making, and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives.\nThis role serves as an individual contributor and subject matter expert responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures, supporting quality control and training programs, advancing data analytics and reporting capabilities, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGovernance\nDrive the development, implementation, and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. \nCollaborate with business partners such as Financial Crimes Program Office to ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk expectations. \nMonitor department governance activities and provide recommendations for process improvements and technology or control enhancements. \nAssist with responses to audits, examinations, assessments, and internal reviews.\nReporting and Data Analytics\nAssist with the development and production of executive-level reporting, dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and management information. \nEnsure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms and dashboards to support forecasting, workforce planning, and decision making. \nPresent findings and recommendations to the FCIU leadership team in a clear and actionable manner. \nEvaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting tools, analytics solutions, and data visualization capabilities.\nProgram and Project Management\nLead and coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional FCIU teams from planning through implementation. \nDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures to ensure successful execution. \nFacilitate communication among stakeholders and provide leadership with regular updates on program health and progress.\nTeam Impact\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. \nAllocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\nBachelor's degree 5 plus years of experience in financial crimes, governance, reporting, analytics, program management, investigations, or related disciplines. \nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights. \nExperience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. \nProven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across multiple levels of the organization. \nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nCertified Fraud Examiner/Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.\nExperience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau or similar platforms. \nExperience supporting governance committees, regulatory initiatives, or enterprise programs.\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
