You will also need to be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.\nThe Skills that are Key to this role\nTechnical / Behavioral\nExperience with TCP/IP, including knowledge of common-service applications.\nRouted/Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs\nStrong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.\nTroubleshoot issues related to the network environment\nEscalating issues as needed\nExperience with HPE, Cisco routing and switching.\nNetwork Engineering and Troubleshooting skills\nApplication Traffic Analysis\nSwitched Protocols: PVST, RPVST, MST, VXLAN\nWLAN/LAN/WAN engineering and implementation.\nExperience with ITIL and Project Management.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nExperience with 802.1x configuration and troubleshooting.\nExperience with 802.1x switch configuration and tuning for Cisco and HP switch platforms.\nCommunication and presentation skills.\nExperience with Multi-vendor Supplicant configurations.\nDocumentation of complex technologies and topologies based on based practices\nThe Skills that are Good to Have for this role\nExperience with Wireshark packet captures\n· Experience with Amazon AWS\n· Microsoft Azure/O365\n· Experience with ExpressRoute configuration and setup (Azure private, Azure public, Microsoft peering)\n· Good to have Scripting skills such as Python, Ansible (not a must)\nHow Your Work Impacts the Organization\nYou will be responsible for providing Network incident management and resolution work solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks\nThe Expertise We’re Looking For\n· 7-9 years of IT experience\n· Graduate\nCompany Overview\nFidelity Investments is one of the world's largest providers of financial services.
