This individual will be responsible for driving key initiatives across a diverse and complex Engineering Area. This individual will also be responsible for designing and developing test automation frameworks for an integrated Desktop Platform. This role will be part of the Quality Engineering organization within the Workplace Investing division. This role requires onsite attendance at the Westlake, TX office.\nThe Team\nThe ideal candidate is a quality-first champion with significant experience in Quality Engineering aspects of application delivery within Agile environments across global locations. As a member of the Quality Engineering (QE) organization, this role will support modernization efforts for desktop applications, focused on both UI and API capabilities.\nThe Role\nIn this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about advancing Test Automation, delivering Continuous Quality and Continuous Integration across the product ecosystem, as well as consulting with development and business partners with a customer focus. This role requires extensive collaboration with stakeholders across business and technology organizations throughout the project lifecycle. As a Principal Software Engineer in Test, you will lead quality engineering efforts for a multi-year modernization initiative while establishing the standards, frameworks, and best practices that guide the broader Quality Engineering organization.
