This role supports the monitoring of critical infrastructure, day-to-day security operations, and enterprise risk management efforts through a combination of operational oversight, intelligence-led activities, and incident response support.\nA key component of the role is maintaining a strong onsite security presence and serving as a primary resource for life safety events, medical emergencies, security incidents, and operational issues that may impact associates, facilities, or business operations. The Security Analyst works closely with business partners, security vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure security programs, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.\nIn addition to onsite operational responsibilities, the Security Analyst provides support across multiple functions within Fidelity Global Security, including Global Intelligence, Security Infrastructure, Threat Management, and Investigations.\nThe role partners closely with teams across these disciplines to support intelligence collection and analysis, threat monitoring, security technology initiatives, incident response activities, investigative efforts, and enterprise risk mitigation programs. This cross-functional engagement helps ensure a coordinated and effective security posture, enabling Global Security to proactively identify, assess, and respond to threats and operational challenges across the firm.\nSuccess in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced and time-sensitive situations. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging with all levels of management, business stakeholders, vendors, private-sector partners, and government agencies.\nThis role is based onsite in our Galway office and requires employees to be in the office 5 days per week.\nKey Skills and Experience\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nExperience identifying, assessing, and appropriately escalating risks.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nExperience developing and delivering presentations to both individual and group audiences.\nStrong analytical and research capabilities utilizing a broad range of information sources.\nAbility to assess the credibility, relevance, and reliability of information from multiple sources.\nUnderstanding of physical security operations, access control systems, incident management, and life safety procedures.\nAbility to perform effectively in high-pressure situations requiring communicate emerging threats, risks, trends, and significant events that may impact Fidelity operations.\nSupport daily physical security operations, life safety programs, emergency response activities, and incident management processes.\nServe as a primary onsite point of contact for medical emergencies, security incidents, and events affecting associates, facilities, or business operations.\nSupport access control administration, security technology initiatives, vendor management, and onsite security projects.\nConduct open-source research and intelligence analysis to support investigations, risk assessments, and security planning activities.\nPrepare reports, presentations, briefings, situational awareness products, and stakeholder communications.\nSupport investigations, after-action reviews, lessons learned initiatives, and information-sharing efforts.\nIdentify and escalate security concerns, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats identified through operational activities and intelligence research.\nCollaborate with domestic and international security partners to enhance situational awareness, threat monitoring, and information sharing.\nProvide analysis and reporting on issues affecting both physical and cyber security environments, enabling proactive risk mitigation and business continuity planning.\nSupport Global Security functions, including Intelligence, Security Infrastructure, Threat Management, Investigations, and other security initiatives as business needs require.\nFoster strong partnerships across the business while contributing to a safe, secure, and resilient environment for Fidelity associates, operations, and
