This is a fast-paced team that is passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining a wide variety of processes, platforms, and products for our clients.\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring:\n5+ years in Technology with 3 years in developing and deploying data solutions\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing documentation\nExcellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization\nAbility to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment\nSelf-organized and capable of managing priorities and delivering project outcomes independently with minimal oversight\nSystems analysis background with an emphasis on legacy process decomposition and debugging/tuning/refactoring and migrations.\nSolid understanding of data analysis concepts and associated tools such as SQL, Python, Stored Procedure, etc.\nExperience building, maintaining, and tuning stored procedures, complex SQL queries.\nQA / Testing - must be highly proficient in QA and testing methodologies/concepts with a demonstratable level of expertise\nComfortable working within an Agile framework\nExtensive experience with SQL required; knowledge of MySQL, SQLMI, Snowflake preferred\nHands-on experience with ETL, ELT preferably on informatica for legacy applications; SnapLogic, Azure functions is a plus\nExperience with Python for building ELT pipelines or other scripting languages.\nA passion to design and implement single and multi-tenant data solutions using various database design and data modelling techniques.\nExperience with CICD toolset such as Jenkins, Jenkinscore, Udeploy, Git, GitHub.\nAny combination of the following is a plus:\nHands-on experience with either Azure or AWS cloud concepts and fundamentals\nExperience building scalable and robust data solutions for websites using a range of technologies\nBusiness Intelligence development experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.\nDevelopment using DevAssist tools\nThe Team:\nFidelity Workplace Consulting (FWC) is composed of over 400 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic and global benefits.
