In this role, you will develop enterprise workflow and business process applications that improve user experience and operational efficiency across Fidelity. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, you will contribute across the full technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and cloud-based solutions.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDesigning, developing, testing, and deploying full stack applications using modern web technologies.\nBuilding and integrating RESTful APIs and cloud-native services.\nDelivering high-quality software consistently across sprints and releases.\nParticipating in application architecture, technical design, and development best practices.\nCreating automated testing solutions to ensure software quality and reliability.\nSupporting implementation of projects and enhancements of moderate complexity.\nContributing to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices that support scalable application delivery.\nThe Skills and Expertise You Bring\n4-6 years of full stack software development experience.\nStrong experience with:Angular (preferred), TypeScript, and JavaScript\nNode.js\nHTML5 and CSS3\nRESTful API development and integration\nAWS cloud services and cloud-native development practices\n\nExperience working with:Git\nDocker\nJenkins\nKubernetes and Amazon EKS\nShell scripting\n\nUnderstanding of software development best practices, testing, and automation.\nExperience developing enterprise applications, workflow solutions, BPM platforms, or financial services applications is a plus.\nExperience with Form.io is a plus.\nThe Team\nYou will join a highly skilled Scrum team within Fidelity's Advanced Process Solutions (APS) division. This team is responsible for building the next generation of Fidelity's enterprise workflow platform and digital process automation tools. Consisting of 6-8 engineers with expertise across front-end development, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and data technologies, the team partners closely to deliver scalable solutions that support critical business workflows across the enterprise. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on creating modern, cloud-enabled applications that drive business transformation.\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
