In this role, you will leverage your expertise in model testing, data validation, and analytics to help ensure the integrity of critical financial crimes detection capabilities.\nThe Purpose of This Role\nThe Model Assurance Testing and Controls team is responsible for independently validating analytical models, testing model outputs, and strengthening controls that support Fidelity's Financial Crimes Compliance programs. As a Senior Manager, Model Controls Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, compliance partners, and risk stakeholders to ensure model outputs are accurate, explainable, and consistently performing as expected. The team develops and enhances advanced analytics and machine learning models used to detect suspicious activity and support compliance obligations. By ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of these models, you help strengthen regulatory compliance, improve risk management practices, and increase confidence in critical business decisions.
