In an agile structure, you will partner with product leads to implement test automation and execute manual testing to increase efficiencies in testing and support the team in building highly stable applications that meet business needs. \nThe Role\nIn this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about promoting testing practices, implementing test automation and executing testing with development and business partners!\nDeveloping and maintaining automated suites of tests to assess product quality and release readiness \nTrain teams on test management \nCollaborate with the team on improving test coverage and overall application health \nThe Expertise You Have\n5+ years of software product experience working on commercially available software \n3+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation \nExperience in Agile / Scrum methodology \nTesting Process and automation experience \nFinancial services and agile experience preferred \nBachelor’s degree or greater is required \nThe Skills You Bring\nHands on experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like Junit, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright \nIntermediate Java skills \nGood understanding of web services testing \nSQL skills is a must \nData analysis and technical troubleshooting \nThe Value You Bring\nCreate efficiencies in testing that increase agility and time to deliver business value \nDrive a strong quality practices and influence the team to focus on quality in each sprint \nContinuously focus on improving stability and resiliency of critical business processes and applications \nThe Team\nIn FFIO Test Engineering Chapter, we work in partnership with product leaders and team members that align to FFIO Product Areas to promote testing practices, implement test automation and execute testing in support of technology-based initiatives.\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
