You will play a critical role in evolving the model and delivering high-quality client experiences. \nAs a Senior Engineering Manager, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and architecture teams to align technology strategy with business objectives. You will lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.\nLead, coach, and develop one or more engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement \nPartner with product, business, and technology leaders to define strategy, priorities, and roadmaps \nDrive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performing applications across enterprise platforms \nEnsure engineering best practices, quality standards, and secure coding principles are consistently applied \nOversee delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination \nCollaborate with architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy \nDrive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and performance \nManage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives \nSupport hiring, onboarding, and talent development to build a strong engineering organization \nPromote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence \nThe Expertise & Skills You Bring\n6-8+ years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated experience leading engineering teams \nStrong technical background in full-stack development, enterprise systems, and modern architecture \nExperience delivering applications across web and API \nProven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives from concept through delivery \nStrong understanding of Agile development practices and experience leading Agile teams \nExperience partnering with product and business stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes \nAbility to drive technical decision-making while balancing speed, quality, and scalability \nStrong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering tools \nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills \nStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams and levels \nThe Team\nThis team is part of Fidelity’s broader marketing organization, supporting a diverse client base and delivering solutions that enable high-quality service and operational excellence.
