You’ll oversee delivery, capacity, prioritization, quality, and escalations to ensure work is completed consistently, efficiently, and with strong risk discipline.\nThis role is ideal for a proven people leader who enjoys developing talent, improving operations, and driving strong team performance in a complex risk environment. You’ll have a meaningful impact on team execution, operational effectiveness, and the continued growth of the function.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead daily operations for assigned teams, including case execution, prioritization, and workflow management\nMake team-level decisions on case handling, prioritization, and escalations within established governance\nManage team capacity and service performance to support timely, consistent delivery\nOversee case quality, documentation standards, controls, and escalation readiness\nCoach and develop associates and senior consultants to strengthen capability, judgment, and execution consistency\nAlign team execution with broader operational priorities and business needs\nDrive continuous improvement and strengthen process consistency across assigned teams\nAnalyze risk trends and communicate key themes and emerging concerns to senior leadership\nLead or support operational initiatives that improve execution across the department\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years of relevant experience in due diligence, investigations, intelligence, compliance, risk, or related operational leadership\nStrong knowledge of investigative practices, risk indicators, escalation frameworks, and team operations\nDemonstrated ability to solve moderately complex problems and make sound decisions with limited oversight\nExperience leading workflow execution, capacity planning, prioritization, and service delivery\nStrong people leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, development, and team capability-building\nAbility to identify operational risks, assess trends, and communicate insights clearly to leadership\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver risk-based recommendations\nExperience improving processes, reinforcing quality standards, and maintaining strong controls in a team environment\nThe Team\nThe Due Diligence Investigations team delivers trusted risk intelligence that helps protect Fidelity, strengthen decisions, and create value across the organization. Through objective research and analysis, DDI helps business partners identify and manage risk across proposed and existing business relationships.\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
