As a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, this role provides operational governance and oversight of key vendor relationships, helping ensure suppliers meet service, performance, and business expectations.\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\n3-5 years of experience in a mid- to large-size organization, preferably supporting vendor\nFamiliarity with vendor management, procurement, supplier governance, or third-party risk management processes and tools.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nAdvanced analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize vendor, industry, and market information.\nProven ability to identify issues, solve problems, and appropriately escalate risks and concerns.\nStrong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both internal and external business partners.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to all levels of the organization and interact with third parties, positively representing the Fidelity brand.\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.\nThe Value You Deliver\nPartners with Procurement, Risk Management, Legal, Finance and Business units to support vendor-related initiatives and governance activities.\nProvides consistent oversight of vendor performance and service delivery.\nTracks, escalates, and supports remediation of vendor-related issues and service disruptions.\nMaintains critical service and governance documentation to support operational continuity.\nResolves invoicing challenges efficiently, reducing administrative burden on the business.\nPerforms vendor research to provide insight into company financials, strategy, market presence, and competitive positioning.\nSupports enterprise initiatives, vendor assessments, and ad hoc leadership requests to enable informed decision-making and maximize vendor value.\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
