Opportunities are already in the market—the challenge is converting them into long-term, comprehensive service agreements. Fidelity provides the tools, resources, and support; you bring the ownership, urgency, and ability to build relationships and close business.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and grow service contract sales throughout the Northern Virginia territory\nProspect, develop, and close new business opportunities\nIdentify service opportunities through existing customers, new equipment sales, and the installed generator base\nConduct customer meetings and site visits to understand equipment and service needs\nPresent and sell multi-year, comprehensive service agreements\nDevelop and deliver Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)\nPrepare accurate, timely quotes and consistently follow up on open opportunities\nManage your sales pipeline, CRM activity, quotes, and closed business\nExpand existing customer agreements by increasing scope and adding services\nMonitor market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities\nPartner with Service, Parts, Contract Administration, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met\nWhat Success Looks Like\nConsistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets\nConverting opportunities into multi-year, comprehensive service agreements\nBuilding a strong pipeline and growing territory revenue year over year\nExpanding existing customer relationships and account value\nBecoming a trusted service partner within the Northern Virginia market\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven sales experience, preferably in B2B, service, or contract sales\nDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets\nStrong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills\nAbility to work independently and take full ownership of a territory\nProfessional communication and strong business presence\nAbility to build credibility with customers at all levels, from field personnel to executive leadership\nStrong organization, time management, and pipeline management skills\nPreferred, but not required:\nExperience with generator service, mechanical systems, or a related industry\nExperience selling into commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field\nCompensation & Opportunity\nBase salary + uncapped commission\nNo ceiling on earning potential\nEstablished territory with an existing customer base and consistent opportunity flow\nCommission earned at the time of sale on multi-year service agreements\nOngoing opportunity to expand existing agreements, increase service scope, and secure new contracts\nWhy Fidelity Power Systems?\nFidelity Power Systems has built one of the largest dedicated maintenance agreement sales teams in the country, focused exclusively on service contracts.
