This individual will partner very closely with various Fidelity Digital Asset Management Technology teams, in addition to the broader Asset management technology teams to contribute to the Digital Asset Management platform for Tokenization and Crypto Products. The associate would need to have a thorough experience in Engineering and Agile practices.\nThe Purpose of Your Role\nThe associate is expected to be a Fullstack Engineer with technical knowledge of different areas but not limited to AWS Cloud, Application Development using Java/J2EE and Blockchain related technologies. A thorough knowledge of CI/CD processes would be an added advantage.\nThe Value You Deliver\nThe Fidelity Digital Asset Management Technology team is responsible for Digital Asset Management platform and Crypto Products.\nEnforce Engineering practices with all team members globally\nContribute to Deliveries and Releases of the Digital Asset Management platform and related components on AWS Cloud\nCommunicate effectively with other AMTech Application teams and adopt of IT Blueprint for application with upstream and downstream dependencies\nWork alongside large multifunctional teams and promote engineering and Agile practices with experience preferably in the Asset Management domain\nThe Skills that are Key to this role\nBehavioral\nBe Collaborative: Work in partnership with the AM Architecture and Engineering teams to design and build end-to-end solutions to enable Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud\n Be Strategic: Partner with other key team members (and other AM teams) to implement the strategic vision to help execute the multi-year product roadmap and to various organizational initiatives\nBe Transformative: Encourages or able to cause positive and lasting change, challenges status quo.
