These tools will be used by not only members of the Investment team but also partners across FI in discussions with external clients. They will include platforms for portfolio risk & analytics, manager research, risk modeling, and optimization and include oversight of a data environment that enables those platforms.\nIn this role you will be facilitating requirement sessions with business partners, articulating business requirements and working within the technology organization to deliver new features/functionality. As a member of the product team you will contribute to the delivery of new features/functionality that supports the growing Portfolio Construction Solutions business. You will work closely with other analysts, product managers, engineers, and architects to define the right solution.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLeading the requirements gathering of new features and/or enhancements for our portfolio construction platform.\nCollaborating with the business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems.\nBringing curiosity and a questioning mind-set to work, asking always about the “why” and the “value” of new features/enhancements to the platform.\nCollaborating and coordinating with developers, engineers, and UX designers and enabling squad member growth, development, and learning\nAssisting with the development and oversight of a robust portfolio construction data environment and platform for use both internally and externally\nEnsuring robust data quality checks are in place to enable the use of all tools\nConducting product acceptance testing and validation \nThe Expertise and Skills You Brin g\nBachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related fields\n3+ years of business analysis and/or systems analysis experience\nCustomer-obsessed mindset with the ability to translate user needs into measurable product improvements.\nStrong experience acting as a product analyst across multiple and different product lifecycles\nHighly effective interpersonal and teamwork skills that enable the cultivation of relationships across investment, technology, distribution, and other teams across Fidelity\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nMotivation to work collaboratively to drive product initiatives from idea to market\nExpertise with portfolio construction, Investment Management, Wealth Management techniques, demonstrating knowledge of different investment products will be plus\nContinuously improving and encouraging an Agile way of working\n\nThe Team\nThe mission of WAMS is to enable FI to provide advice driven investment solutions through high-value products, tools, and research insights.
