Working closely with Principal Engineers, Engineering Delivery Managers, Product Managers, System Analysts, Quality Engineers, and Architects, this individual will contribute to the successful delivery of scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable solutions.\nThe Team\nYou will be part of the Plan Sponsor WorkStation (PSW) technology organisation within Stock Plan Services (SPS). As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of product capabilities while contributing to technical discussions, solution design, and engineering improvements across the team.\nThe Expertise We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related discipline. \n5+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications. \nStrong experience developing modern web applications and services. \nExperience contributing to the delivery of complex software solutions in large-scale environments. \nExperience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted engineering tools is desirable.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, and modern front-end engineering practices. \nExperience working within Nx/monorepo environments. \nExperience integrating with REST APIs and API-driven architectures. \nWorking knowledge of Java/Spring-based services and distributed systems. \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, observability, and production support. \nExperience with Vitest, Storybook, and modern quality development approaches. \nEngineering Contribution\nContribute to technical design discussions and solution development. \nDeliver high-quality software aligned with architecture and engineering standards. \nParticipate in code reviews and promote best practices. \nSupport quality through automated testing and proactive defect prevention. \nParticipate in production support, issue investigation, and root cause analysis. \nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, System Analysts, and Quality Engineers. \nContribute technical input during planning and estimation. \nCommunicate progress, risks, and technical considerations effectively. \nSupport delivery commitments while maintaining engineering quality standards. \nMentoring & Growth\nSupport and mentor less experienced engineers. \nShare knowledge and contribute to continuous learning. \nUse AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality. \nWhat Success Looks Like\nDeliver high-quality software that meets business and customer needs. \nDemonstrate ownership of features and technical solutions. \nImprove reliability, maintainability, and testability. \nSupport predictable and sustainable delivery outcomes. \nCompany Overview\nAt Fidelity, we are focused on making our financial expertise broadly accessible and effective in helping people live the lives they want.
