In this role, you will drive the design and development of complex software systems, provide technical leadership, and drive innovation within the organization. We are looking for a self-starter whom is able to work well with different collaborators including business partners, architects, systems analysts, engineers, and tech leads.\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of development experience.\nHigh proficiency in Java, Javascript, and a fundamental understanding of software design, data structures and algorithms is required.\nExperience with the Angular and Spring Boot framework, Restful APIs, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins Core, and Datadog.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and parse business logic into technical requirements, experienced in an agile scrum environment.\nLeadership and mentorship experience, providing insightful peer reviews for code changes.\nBackground in building technologies consumed by other developers and integrators, crafting user documentation.\nThe Team\nWe are an enthusiastic group of technologists dedicated to making a difference! This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.\nThe base salary range for this position is $97,000-185,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.\nBase salary is only part of the total compensation package.
