The team is responsible for the discovery, analysis, and delivery of client experience and servicing applications for intermediary and institutional customers.\nIn this role, you will play a key part in supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of client servicing capabilities, including within the Salesforce CRM platform, helping to evolve the servicing model and overall client experience.\nAs a Senior Systems Analyst, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand key business drivers and requirements, going beyond simply gathering requirements to fully understand the “why” behind them. You will collaborate with development teams and technology partners to translate these needs into well-defined user stories and scalable system solutions that drive high-quality, timely delivery.\nYou will contribute to both new and existing technology products, performing in-depth systems analysis to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Through strong collaboration, analysis, and execution, you will help drive delivery outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement across the platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine complex business and functional requirements\nTranslate business needs into well-defined user stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria\nPartner with Product Managers to shape backlogs, support quarterly planning, and manage delivery priorities\nFacilitate refinement sessions and ensure stories are ready for development using ATDD principles\nDrive alignment across stakeholders on scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies\nOwn user story validation and sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards\nAnalyze complex systems, data models, and workflows to recommend scalable solution approaches\nLead identification and management of risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives\nSupport and influence architectural and design discussions with engineering teams\nProactively identify opportunities for process, system, and client experience improvements\nParticipate in and support end-to-end testing and validation activities\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\n4-6 plus years of experience as a System Analyst supporting complex technology solutions\nA bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field\nStrong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices\nUnderstanding of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)\nProven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, well-structured solutions\nStrong experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and influencing decisions across teams\nExperience managing product backlogs using tools like JIRA and Confluence\nStrong analytical skills, including data analysis using SQL and understanding of data models\nAbility to understand system architecture and interact effectively with development teams\nExperience leading refinement sessions, defining acceptance criteria, and applying ATDD practices\nProven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across initiatives\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment\nNice-to-Have Skills\nFinancial services domain experience (investment or wealth management)\nExperience with tools such as SQL Developer, Insomnia, Kafka, Datadog\nAbility to read code for analysis and troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with AI tools and their application in systems analysis\nSalesforce certifications or advanced platform knowledge\nExperience working across global, distributed teams\nThe Team\nThis team is part of Fidelity’s broader distribution and client service organization, supporting a diverse client base and delivering solutions that enable high-quality service and operational excellence.
