The position will report to the Bookkeeper. The main purpose of the position is to make sure that the accounts payable are done timeously.\nMinimum Requirements: \nMinimum Matric Certificate\nWorking knowledge of the SAP system would an advantage.\nProficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel is essential.\nMust be fluent in English and Afrikaans.\nMust have own transport.\nAt least 2 years’ experience and knowledge in the creditors system and reconciliations is essential\nKey Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive): \n Vendor | Statement | Invoice - Discrepancies follow up - daily\nFiling/Sorting of invoices and recons\nSupplier Documentation - all inclusive\nPrepare monthly accrual journals and processing thereof.\nDaily/Weekly/Monthly cash outflows\nPetty cash and cash book related invoices/payments\nReports - All inclusive\nPerform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments.\nReconcile purchase orders to invoices.\nEnsure invoices are accurately captured on Sap and Key fleet daily.\nReceive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Fidelity’s policies and procedures.\nLoad payments on the online banking system.\nEnsure that the banking details on supplier invoices match that of the creditor being paid.\nRespond to all queries relating to payments.\nPerform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers.\nDeal with queries from creditors and staff regarding payments.\nLoad new creditors on the Sap system\nProvide monthly creditors age analysis for review.\nAd hoc duties as and when assigned.\nOther Personality Attributes: \nNumerical accuracy.\nHigh methodical working methods are required.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to liaise professionally with
