Always maintain a professional working relationship with Executives, Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Staff and Clients.\nExperience, Requirements and Qualifications:\nMatric certificate (Grade 12)\nNo criminal record or any pending cases\nAt least 8-10 years’ experience in the Operational Security industry.\nComputer literate and proficient on all Microsoft programs.\nValid driver’s license with own reliable transport.\nKnowledge of business process, function and acumen.\nHas a good command of the English language both written and verbal.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.\nOperational experience in numerous fields within the Security Industry, especially Guarding.\nFinance understanding and knowledge of excel.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management and requirements.\nMust have knowledge of the local legislation\nMust have experience managing CIT Operations\nFirearm Competency - Business Purpose.\nShould reside in the eSwatini - Matsapha Area or willing to relocate.\nJob Description: (Not totally inclusive)\nSelf-motivated and result driven, ensuring good customer service, improving operational and administrative processes.\nOversee all staff, budgets and operations of the respective business area.\nThe formulating of overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies and procedures.\nTo be a thoughtful leader, confident decision maker, helping subordinates to develop and to be productive.\nResearching and identifying growth opportunities to ensure growth and profit rising.\nEngage with current and potential clients in order to market and sell an end-to-end integrated solution.\nDevelop and maintain operational strategy, which ensure exceptional operational service levels to client base, utilizing and agreed operational staff structure.\nSet and manage goals for new business.\nFinancial management of business.\nEnsure that feedback on projects is always provided to Regional Executive.\nOverseeing daily business operations and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements.\nDevelops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, sales, financial performance, goals, objectives, and new development to improve business and profitability growth.\nTraining lower-level managers and staff. Ensuring subordinates are in line with company policies and procedures.\nCreating, managing budgets, optimize expenses, improve revenue, identify and manage risks.\nOversee recruitment and training of employees.\nEvaluate and improve, performance and productivity.\nEvaluate and improve financial performance.\nReview and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.\nGenerating reports and giving presentations.\nCoordinating divisional department activities.\nPrepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for superiors.\nConsistently provide strong leadership to business, management team and employees by communicating vision, strategy, direction.\nEnsure compliance with regulated Legislation and Acts.\nCustomer satisfaction reports.\nEnsure all clients are services as per Contractual requirements.\nMaintain High Risk reporting for clients and ensure risks are fully identified and ensure appropriate procedures are in place to mitigate the risk.\nDevelop and maintain training of subordinates, through formal training and direct mentoring.\nEnsure all major Special Projects / events are organized.\nMANCO requirements feedback.\nEnsure staff are booked accordingly, lines are opened within 24 hours and billing is raised.\nComplete Fleet schedule, including technology installed and site deployed, asset management.\nComplete Firearms schedule, including responsible Managers and allocated staff utilising firearms, asset management.\nEnsure all monthly reports are verified and signed off per division.
