The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that Cash in Transit (CIT) operations are efficiently managed.\nMinimum Requirements:\nClear Criminal record\nPSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification\nCash In Transit (CIT) certificate\nFirearm competency - with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualification\nComputer literate (compulsory)\nAt least 5 years’ experience in the Cash in Transit industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)\nCIT management/ supervisory experience is advantageous\nKnowledge of HR/ IR\nKnowledge of ISO9001:2015 quality management and its requirements\nKnowledge of Transtrack\nStrong planning, leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills\nValid driver’s license and own transport\nAble to work under pressure\nPrepared to work irregular hours\nClear disciplinary record\nKey Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):\nResponsible for all operational issues to the entire client base of his/her branch - through daily communication/ instruction giving and follow up with employees\nEnsure all clients are serviced as per contractual requirements\nMaintain good relations between the Branch and the client regarding services rendered\nManage staff and client retention\nRisk management\nEnsure all administrative responsibilities relating to daily operational requirements are complete\nTake full responsibility and accountability for the vehicle i.e. report mechanical faults, refuelling, operating the various security systems, ensure cleanliness of the vehicle, etc.\nAccident prevention and reporting\nTake preventative actions towards any suspicious activity\nLiaise with management and all staff\nPersonnel Management - deal with HR/ IR related issues\nOverall Transtrack duties\nEnsure security and manage movement of CIT schedules during transit\nOther Personality Attributes and core competencies:\nMust be honest and reliable\nMust have good verbal and language abilities\nMust be assertive\nPay attention to detail\nCustomer service and relations\nWilling to work long hours\nPlanning and organising skills\nWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.\nWhilst preference is given to existing employees at all times and the choice made is purely on merit, Historically Disadvantaged Candidates and Black Female Candidates are encouraged and supported in the FSG team.
