CREDIT CONTROLLER\nREPORTING TO: COASTAL CREDIT MANAGER\nThe above position is vacant in Westville reporting to the Coastal Credit Manager.\nThe main purpose of the position is to make sure that the debtor’s collections are done timeously.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMatric Certificate and preferably a recognised credit control qualification.\nAt least 3 years’ experience and full knowledge in credit control and reconciliation is essential\nSound working knowledge of the SAP system.\nProficiency in MS Word, Power point and especially Excel is essential\nMust be fluent in English.\nMust have own transport.\nKey Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):\nPerforming the full credit control functions.\nMaintaining and managing collections in relation to the company’s Group Credit policy.\nMaintaining a healthy cash flow at all times.\nKeeping bad debts to a minimum.\nEnsuring that monthly collections meet the required targets.\nOther personality attributes:\nNumerical accuracy\nHigh methodical working methods are required.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.\nAbility to work without supervision and under pressure\nAbility to meet strict deadlines\nOrganizational skills\nAdministration skills\nCore Competencies:\nSelf-development\nCommunication skills\nCustomer focus\nTeam
