budget planning for all CIT regions and ensuring that set targets are met\nCompiling monthly branch performance reports and ensuring submission thereof timeously\nConducting quarterly evaluations on senior management at branch level\nManaging the ISO 9001/9002 quality management system\nManaging monthly operational statements\nManaging Daily operations in respect of cash deliveries and client pickups\nBranch audits/visits at all branches to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures\nManaging the ‘cash risk’ at branch and on road\nEnsure proper upgrades are done at branches (Building construction, alarms, safes etc.)\nDrafting policies and procedures\nEfficient client services rendered per business area\nManaging growth and retention of clients in the cash in transit industry\nEnsuring CIT roll out is done and completed before service commences\nFirearm Control\nMonthly/ weekly Firearm return/ Inspection\nScanning of firearm\nFirearm refreshers and competency training\nClient service/ Liaison\nMonthly meetings with clients\nUnion meetings\nVehicle Control\nFleet management\nMaintenance\nFuel\nInspection\nVehicle Reports/ Check sheets\nWeekly fuel Schedules\nAccident Reports\nEquipment Control / Maintenance\nCheck Sheets / daily postings\nSite visits\nEquipment checks/ asset verifications\nInvestigations\nAccident\nTheft of Cash\nIOD’s\nIncidents\nDepot robberies\nClaim file\nAccident Report\nTheft Report\nI.O.D Report\nIncident Report\nInvestigate/ improve security\nCompile submits to insurers\nAdministration\nDebtors/Creditors\nBilling Dues\nStationary/ CIT consumables\nObtaining Order numbers (Repairs, etc)\nFiling\nMiscellaneous Queries\nPayroll,\nHR and IR.\nMaintain close relationship with client.\nSending cash requests to Branches\nEnsuring Branches has enough cash for ATM loads\nEnsure Branches comply with set opening times\nEnsure guards at posted at various sites on time\nMaintaining close relationships with all the Banks\nEnsuring Variance reports are sent and resolved\nEnsuring Recons are sent\nMonthly Float checks\nFollowing up on incident reports\nDealing
