issues, and decisions\nProvide a consolidated overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives\nPrepare regular project portfolio reports and executive dashboards for management\nFacilitate project steering committees and stakeholder meetings\nEnsure project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation are followed\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners\nMonitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies\nSupport prioritization and capacity planning across the project portfolio\nDrive continuous improvement of project management processes and standards\nMaintain transparency and traceability of project status, actions, and deliverables\nSupport business case preparation, project initiation, and project closure activities\nRequirements\nProfessional Requirements:\nDegree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification\nSeveral years of experience in IT Project Management and/or PMO functions\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects\nExperience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, integrations, and operational environments\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar\nKnowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe\nMethodological Skills:\nStrong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills\nExcellent risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities\nAbility to create meaningful portfolio reporting and executive summaries\nExperience in budget management and resource planning\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to establish governance structures and project standards\nPersonal Skills:\nExcellent communication and
