Headquartered in Gurugram, India, and with clients in 10 countries in Asia and Africa, FieldAssist is a 'Proud Partner to Great Brands,' delivering ready insights and powering GTM strategies for 650+ CPG brands including Godrej Consumers, Saro Africa, Danone, Haldiram’s, Eureka Forbes, Bisleri, Nilon’s, Borosil, Adani Wilmar, Philips, Ching’s and Mamaearth among others.\nFieldAssist is certified by Great Place to Work® for having created a great place to work for all its employees by excelling on the 5 dimensions of High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ - Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.\nResponsibilities:\nAbout the Role:\nArchitect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Helm\nUse Terraform/ARM templates to provision AKS clusters and related Azure resources like Azure Container Registry (ACR), Ingress controllers, and Azure Monitor\nManage Ingress controllers and load balancers for external access\nSet up node pools, autoscaling, and network policies to ensure scalability and security\nDeploy and manage Grafana within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.\nIntegrate OpenTelemetry for comprehensive observability across logs, metrics, and traces.\nCollaborate with development teams to onboard applications (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js) into the observability stack.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning using ARM templates, YAML pipelines, and other IaC tools.\nResponsible for maintenance of AKS environment including scaling and\nMonitor system health and performance using Grafana dashboards and alerting\nManaging Grafana components within AKS clusters.\nPerform regular AKS version upgrades\nUse Azure Policy, Key Vault, and container image scanning to maintain compliance\nPrerequisites:\n3+years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles.\nStrong proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, AKS, Docker, and Helm.\nProven experience deploying and managing Grafana and related observability tools.\nFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, JFrog, and CI/CD automation.\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and proactively resolve technical challenges.\nKnow Your Leaders:\nDivir Tiwari is the Co-founder and CEO, a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad who loves to interact and apprehend concerns which have a potential to be resolved with new-age technology.
