This role combines:\nIndividual Enterprise Hunting (Primary Revenue Driver)\nOn-ground Market Development\nStrategic Account BuildingThe mandate is simple:\nWin anchor enterprise logos, build deep customer relationships, and create a predictable revenue engine.\nThis role requires frequent travel to Africa (Kenya, Nigeria being key markets) and significant time spent in-market building executive relationships across FMCG, Beverage, Pharma, and Consumer distribution companies.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDirect Enterprise Revenue Ownership :Personally own and close large enterprise deals.\nLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.\nAnchor CXO-level conversations (Sales, GTM, Ops, IT).\nDrive commercial negotiations and deal structuring.\nBuild and maintain executive relationships across top target accounts.\n\nMarket Development & Customer Network BuildingSpend significant time in Africa building:\nCXO network\nIndustry referrals\nConsultant & ecosystem relationships\nDevelop a strong understanding of Africa’s complex distribution landscape.\nProvide structured market intelligence back to Product Teams.\n\nAccount Strategy & ExpansionBuild structured account plans for top 25 enterprise targets.\nDrive multi-channel approach to land meetings.\nPartner with Customer Success & Pre-sales for long-term solutioning. .\n\nCross-Functional CoordinationAlign with:\nSDR / Demand Gen for named account targeting\nPre-sales for solution architecture, BRD Documentation and scope alignment\nProduct for On-Ground Insights\nImplementation/CS for seamless go-lives\nKeeping Customer Centricity in mind - drive internal navigation.\n\nWho we're looking for:\n4-6 years in B2B enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled solution selling.
