The role combines hands-on analytical and technical work with business partnership, while developing increased responsibility for Epicor Prophet 21 configuration, administration, and integrations under the direction of the Business Systems Team Leader.\nThis position reports to: Business Systems Team Leader\nThis position has direct reports: None\nLocation: Rockford, IL\nFLSA Hourly/Salary: Starting Salary $70,000-$80,000\nEssential Functions:\nCommit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, analyze user needs, document requirements, and develop functional specifications for systems, reporting, and process changes.\nCollaborate with functional teams to identify process gaps, evaluate potential solutions, and ensure system functionality aligns with operational needs.\nWork with the Business Systems Team Leader to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests based on business value, effort, and available resources.\nSupport the administration, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and improvement of Epicor Prophet 21 and related business applications.\nBuild knowledge of ERP business rules, system settings, and integrations, assuming additional hands-on responsibilities as proficiency develops.\nSupport ERP user access and security administration in accordance with established approvals and controls.\nPartner with functional teams to improve adoption and effective use of existing ERP capabilities, new features, and enhancements.\nDevelop and maintain database queries, reports, and refreshable data solutions that provide timely, accurate business information.\nAnalyze business data, investigate discrepancies, and work with appropriate data and process owners to address data quality issues.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual processes and develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated workflows that increase operational efficiency and accuracy.\nSupport business-led continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing root causes, recommending systems-based changes, and assisting with implementation.\nSupport end-user training and change adoption for new or enhanced system functionality; evaluate results to identify follow-up improvements.\nEducation, Skills and Experience Required:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.\nPolite and professional manner.\nExperience in business analysis and supporting ERP systems or other enterprise business applications.
