pay $17-$18 per hour\nEssential Functions:\nEssential Functions:\nCommit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.\nOperate a forklift and other powered equipment to move product throughout the warehouse, and stack/pull from various locations.\nFollow all safety procedures and guidelines in the distribution center.\nBreakdown pallets/sort packages to be received.\nMove inventory to designated areas using the RF scanner.\nEnsure inventory is labeled properly and place in the correct location.\nComplete consolidation of inventory as stock levels decreases.\nLight kitting and assembly work as needed.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work environment.\nAn understanding and commitment to working in a collaborative, team-based environment.\nVarious other tasks associated with a warehouse environment and other duties as assigned by Team Leaders.\nEducation, Skills and Experience Required:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.\nPolite and professional manner.\nA demonstrated commitment to always working safely.\nPrevious forklift experience with both stand-up and sit-down models.\nPrevious material handling experience.\nExperience in loading and unloading trucks.\nThe ability to lift to 50 lbs. repetitively.\nKnowledge and effective use of a computer: data entry, Outlook, Word, Excel.\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.\nAttention to detail in all aspects of job performance.\nCommitment to performing quality work.\nExperience using an RF Scanner.\nThe ability to work in a team environment.\nAn understanding and commitment to working in a collaborative, team-based environment,\nVarious other tasks associated with a warehouse environment and other duties as assigned by Team Leaders.\nAdditional Skills Preferred:\nPrevious industrial distribution experience is beneficial.\nPrevious fastener knowledge is desired, but not
