It will be an amazing opportunity to develop a customer success playbook and work closely with serial entrepreneur founders. This position has a big upside for promotion downstream.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage 8-10 concurrent customer implementations.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery milestones are met and client feedback is incorporated.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business processes into optimized Field Materials workflows.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes by identifying patterns, gaps, and scalable best practices.\n\nAbout You\nYou’re excited about startups, software, and AI.\n\nYou enjoy tinkering with software, hacking, and debugging software issues.\n\nYou have great interpersonal and writing skills.\n\nYou have empathy for customers and you are a good listener.\n\nYou like to teach, coach, and consult.\n\nWhat We Look For\n5+ years of relevant experience in software Customer Success, IT professional services, and/or software sales engineering.
