self-directed, and comfortable independently owning a large, geographically diverse territory\n Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills\n Professional fluency in English\n Additional language skills such as German, Dutch, French, or Arabic\n Residence in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany\n Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 60%\n HVACR industry experience strongly preferred\n Established knowledge of HVACR distributors, contractors, and technicians in Central Europe, the Middle East, or Africa strongly preferred\n Bachelor’s
