prioritize and deliver high-impact features.\n\nIdentify repeatable implementation patterns and codify them into internal playbooks.\n\nTravel to customer sites as needed (estimated around 10%) to accelerate deployment and adoption.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering, applied AI, or a related technical domain.\n\nStrong Python proficiency and experience shipping production-grade software.\n\nExperience with agentic systems, tool use, and workflow orchestration.\n\nHands-on experience building and operating production LLM applications.\n\nExperience in customer discovery and translating business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nHigh ownership mindset and ability to execute in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.\n\nAbility to travel to customer sites.\n\nWhat Sets You Apart\nFamiliarity with model
