You will build and maintain the project plans for deploying Field AI systems - including drones, quadrupeds, and humanoids - at customer sites, coordinate the engineers and operations staff who execute them, and be the person who knows the status of every workstream at any moment.\nYou'll interface directly with the customer and work alongside Field Application Engineers, hardware and software teams, and operations staff. This is a strong role for someone with a technical foundation who wants to grow into program ownership: you don't need to debug a robot yourself, but you do need to understand what broke, who fixes it, and what it does to the schedule.\nThis role is based in Singapore with occasional international travel.\nWhat You'll Do\nProject Planning & Tracking\nBuild and maintain project plans for assigned deployments - tasks, owners, dates, dependencies, and readiness criteria\n\nTrack progress against milestones and keep the plan current as conditions change in the field\n\nMaintain the issue and risk log for each deployment, escalating blockers to the deployment lead with context and options\n\nPrepare status reports, milestone readouts, and metrics summaries for internal and customer stakeholders\n\nRun recurring project meetings: agendas, notes, decisions, action items, and follow-through to closure\n\nDeployment Execution Support\nCoordinate the logistics that make a deployment happen - equipment shipments, spares, tooling, site access, badging, safety documentation, and customer scheduling\n\nSupport commissioning, field testing, and validation activities on site, capturing results against test plans and acceptance criteria\n\nTriage issues raised in the field: reproduce and document the problem, route it to the right engineering owner, and drive it to resolution\n\nTrack open defects and customer requests through to closure, keeping the customer informed of status\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate across Software, Hardware, Robotics, Product, and Customer Success to confirm commitments and surface conflicts early\n\nKeep the deployment lead and engineering owners aligned on what's due, what's late, and what's at risk\n\nCapture customer feedback and deployment learnings in a structured form the product and engineering teams can act on\n\nDocumentation & Process\nMaintain deployment playbooks, checklists, standard operating procedures, and post-deployment retrospectives\n\nKeep project documentation and shared workspaces organized, current, and usable by the next person who runs the same deployment\n\nIdentify recurring friction in the deployment process and propose improvements\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience & Background\n2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, technical operations, field operations, or a similar role supporting complex technical work\n\nExperience running projects with multiple stakeholders and moving dates, in an environment where plans change frequently\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, Business, or a related field\n\nStrong Experience in a customer-facing or on-site setting is strongly preferred\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong organizational skills and clear written communication: status updates, meeting notes, and issue write-ups that people actually read\n\nComfortable working with planning and tracking tools such as Jira, or MS Project\n\nAble to hold engineers to commitments without authority over them, and to escalate constructively when that isn't enough\n\nCalm and resourceful in dynamic field conditions, where the schedule meets weather, site access, and hardware reality\n\nComfortable working on site in industrial environments, including PPE requirements and site safety protocols\n\nIndustry & Technical Knowledge\nEnough technical literacy to follow discussions about robotic systems, sensors, networking, and Linux-based environments, and to summarize them accurately for others\n\nExposure to robotics, autonomous systems, drones, or industrial automation is highly advantageous\n\nFamiliarity with industrial customer environments -
