This position is expected to maintain strong engagement and connection with both locations by building relationships, understanding location needs, and providing ongoing HR support. This includes critical HR functions such as supporting and enhancing Field culture, recruiting and staffing, team member development, benefits and payroll support, and facility safety. Travel to Tyler is expected approximately once per quarter, with additional travel to other company locations as business needs require.\nThis position reports to: Human Resources Team Leader\nThis position has direct reports: None\nLocation: Florence, SC\nFLSA Hourly/Salary: Starting Salary $57,000 - $60,000\nEssential Functions\nCommit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.\nServe as the primary HR contact for team members for general questions and employment-related needs.\nEffectively manage the recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention activities for location and other sites as needed.\nProvide guidance to team leaders in employment-related topics and activities.\nManage temporary agency relationships to ensure high quality temporaries and a pipeline for full-time opportunities.\nEngage in recruiting and networking events such as job fairs, community activities, and customer tours of the Field facility.\nFoster team member engagement through positive communications and providing teamwork-related activities.\nApplies independent thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret policies, assess situations, and recommend appropriate courses of action.\nShare feedback and take action on culture survey results.\nProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, wage and hour laws, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain accurate team member records, including changes to compensation, tax status, and benefit deductions.\nConduct new hire orientations and ensure effective onboarding of all new hires.\nCoach team members and team leaders on effective leadership and team member development.\nPerform various administrative functions including reporting, data entry and tracking, payroll functions, and HR data analysis.\nSupport payroll and benefits administration activities, provide resources and information to the team.\nAssist the Human Resources Team Leader in driving annual key initiatives and leading HR projects.\nIn partnership with Human Resources Team Leader, assist in the management of team member performance including coaching and corrective action.\nIn partnership with the Training & Development Coordinator, assist with training initiatives and conduct training as needed.\nEnsure consistent, fair, and legally compliant employment practices.\nCoordinate workers compensation cases, work with Safety Team Members to provide a safe workplace and participate in Safety Team meetings.\nParticipate in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of annual goals by recommending new approaches, policy and procedure reviews, and innovation activities.\nTake an active role in promoting positive community relations, attend community events, and coordinate volunteering opportunities for the team to participate.\nLead the coordination of various site functions, lunches, celebrations, team meetings, and team-building events.\nProvides support to other company locations as needed. 10% travel is required periodically to support business operations, team members, and company initiatives. Travel frequency and locations may vary based on business needs.\nAble to manage other projects and duties as assigned.\nEducation, Skills, and Experience Required\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent\nTwo or four year degree in business or a related field;
