You’ll analyze platform data, create automations, and provide real-time insights that help Sales and Grower Success Managers demonstrate value to growers. You will also participate in meetings with key customers, presenting technical insights and tailoring solutions that highlight Fieldin’s impact. Your technical and analytical skills, together with your ability to leverage AI tools, will enable you to transform complex data into clear, practical solutions that deliver measurable results.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with Sales and Grower Success Managers to provide real-time insights and data-driven recommendations.\nJoin key customer meetings to present insights, demos, and technical value.\nTranslate platform data into clear, impactful presentations and solutions for prospective and existing customers.\nDevelop automations, dashboards, and AI-powered tools that improve efficiency and scale insights delivery.\nUse agricultural knowledge and market understanding to contextualize data and tailor solutions to grower needs.\nSupport sales cycles by preparing technical materials, ROI analyses, and proof-of-value reports.\nWork closely with Product and Support teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into scalable solutions.\nContinuously identify opportunities to enhance the value Fieldin delivers to growers and strengthen our competitive advantage.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in a technical, data-driven, or customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.\nHands-on experience with Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Qlikview), scripting/automation (Python, SQL), or AI-based tools for analysis and reporting.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAgricultural background or degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related discipline is a plus, but not required.\nSpanish language skills are an advantage.\nWillingness to travel up to 20-30%.\nLife at Fieldin\nAt Fieldin, we believe that work should be more than just a job; it should be a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
