This is a 100% remote, field-based position open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany, with approximately 60% international travel.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to be the first dedicated sales professional in a developing territory, building on the strength of an established brand while creating new opportunities for growth. We're looking for someone who loves the hunt-opening doors, developing new distributor relationships, identifying untapped markets, and winning business.\nThis is a highly autonomous, hands-on individual contributor role with direct responsibility for territory development and sales results. If you're energized by creating opportunities rather than inheriting them and know how to turn distributor relationships into meaningful revenue growth, we'd love to talk.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and execute sales strategies across diverse international markets in Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa. \nOwn territory revenue, forecasting, and sales performance.\nProspect and secure new distributor accounts and build a strong pipeline.\nDrive distributor engagement, product awareness, and sell-through.\nDevelop relationships with HVACR contractors, technicians, and end users to generate demand.\nRepresent Fieldpiece at international industry events and trade shows.\nShare market insights and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.\nQualifications\nSignificant B2B sales experience with a proven track record in selling for a manufacturer through wholesale or two-step distribution.\nDemonstrated success hunting for new business, opening accounts, and developing new markets or territories in Central Europe, Middle East and/or Africa.\nEntrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable owning a large, geographically diverse territory independently.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nProfessional fluency in English and additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Arabic.\nResidence in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany.\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 60%.\nStrongly Preferred\nHVACR industry experience, ideally with professional tools, test instruments, or equipment.\nEstablished knowledge of HVACR distributors, contractors, and technicians within Central Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.\nBachelor’s degree.\nWhy Fieldpiece?\nBuild Something of Your Own.
