You’ll help drive engineering execution, improve delivery operations, and partner closely with Product to turn ambitious roadmap initiatives into scalable, high-quality software. Do:\nLead and improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release\nPartner closely with Product leadership to translate roadmap priorities into clear engineering execution plans\nDrive sprint planning, prioritization, delivery management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering teams\nHelp scale engineering operations, delivery systems, QA processes, and development best practices\nRemove blockers, improve velocity, and create operational clarity across teams\nStay connected to the technical side of development with a willingness to be hands-on when needed\nMentor engineering leaders and help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement\nCollaborate on the company’s growing AI strategy, including AI-powered product features, automation initiatives, and developer productivity enhancements\nEnsure teams are delivering scalable, high-quality software that aligns with business goals and customer needs\nWhat We're Looking For:\n7-10+ years of experience in software development, including leadership experience within SaaS environments\nProven success partnering closely with Product organizations to deliver customer-facing software at scale\nStrong understanding of Agile development principles and experience leading iterative software delivery\nExperience managing multiple engineering workstreams in fast-paced environments\nAbility to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution and hands-on problem solving\nExcellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills\nPassion for modern software development practices, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovation\nExperience with AI/ML initiatives, automation tooling, or AI-enabled product development is
