As part of our FieldCare team, you’ll play a critical role in protecting that reputation by delivering expert maintenance, repairs, and exceptional customer support directly in the field.\nIf you thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy travel, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a company recognized as the gold standard in synthetic turf.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Field Service Technician, you’ll serve as a trusted FieldTurf expert, traveling to customer locations throughout Illinois and surrounding states to ensure every field performs at the highest level.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nPerforming inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on FieldTurf synthetic turf systems\nDiagnosing issues and delivering timely, effective solutions that exceed customer expectations\nCompleting accurate service documentation and reports in a timely manner\nBuilding strong relationships with customers through professional communication and outstanding service\nEducating field owners and operators on proper maintenance techniques and equipment usage to maximize field longevity and performance\nCollaborating with FieldCare Coordinators, Customer Service teams, and regional sales representatives to provide seamless customer support\nSupporting FieldTurf’s service growth by identifying maintenance and equipment opportunities for customers\nMaintaining company tools, equipment, and service vehicles to FieldTurf standards\nUtilizing technology platforms including Outlook, Concur, and Field Service Lightning to manage schedules, reporting, and communication\nWhat You Bring\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field\nA proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation\nExperience with field service software or mobile service platforms is a plus\nA willingness to travel regularly throughout the region, with overnight stays.
