Help us build the next world-class venue.\nWhat you’ll do: \nBuild and maintain professional relationships with management, staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and architects\nconstruction projects (Sports facility construction including civil and post tension concrete construction) valued at $5M+.\nInterpret proposals and develop work plans for timely, on-budget project delivery\nResearch, pre-qualify, and procure required professional services (geotechnical, civil, architectural)\nPrepare, monitor, and manage construction schedules, budgets, and designs\nDevelop delivery schedules with input from Field Project Manager and Superintendent\nReview and present budgets and schedules for each project phase\nServe as point of contact during construction, coordinating with clients/owners on plans, status, and delivery\nLead client meetings (preconstruction, weekly updates, walkthroughs, closeouts)\nCoordinate purchase orders, subcontracts, and owner agreements with Pre-Construction Manager\nConfirm product selections and specifications with Sales, Estimator, and field leadership\nConduct daily reviews of budget, schedule, and scope for active projects\nCoordinate site employees, equipment, and materials to meet design requirements\nProvide project-specific planning and crew training for execution methods\nTravel to and between the job sites as needed for development of plans, relationships, and overall project design needs\nWhat you need for success: \n5+ years of construction (civil and post-tension concrete construction) project management experience, with proven leadership on projects exceeding $5 million in value\nExperience in Sports facility construction is a plus.\nExpertise in planning, coordinating, and executing construction tasks in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets; skilled at troubleshooting issues through a team-focused approach.\nKnowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with legal requirements\nUnderstanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction to ensure that all work complies with legal standards.\nProficiency with Procore is required.\nASBA or PTI certification is preferred.\nPMP certification is preferred.\nExcellent communication skills effectively to interact with team members, vendors, contractors and owners.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.\nAttention to detail to monitor work quality and ensure that it meets project specifications, and address any deficiencies promptly\nFlexibility to adapt to changing conditions on-site, such as weather delays, material shortages, or changes in project scope.\nWhat you can expect:\nA culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spirit\nLeadership that invests in your growth and career development\nOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillset\nRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievements\nA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impact\nSounds like your kind of team?\nIf you’re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
