The ideal candidate will have experience with turf, asphalt and concrete construction, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Help us build the next world-class venue.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPlanning and SchedulingDevelop and implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion.\nCoordinate resource utilization and ensure work conflicts are resolved between subcontractors.\nOversee performance to ensure all work complies with specifications and regulations.\n\nSupervision and Crew Assistance :Provide on-site supervision.\nAssist foremen and crews with field events and repairs as needed and be available for extended on-site support.\nAssist crews with quality control and efficiency planning .\n\nTracking and Reporting :Document project progress with detailed reports, notes, and photos.\nMaintain clear communication with project owners, architects, and the office regarding any issues or modifications.\nHelp maintain accurate crews time for budget and payroll purposes.\n\nMeetings and Site Inspections:Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project progression meetings.\nConduct site inspections, including reviewing asphalt conditions, and communicate with the General Contractor or Owner as necessary.\n\nWhat you need for success:\nEducation: AA degree or equivalent experience in theconstruction industry.\nExperience:Minimum of5 years assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity, with experience in managing crews and subcontractors.\n\nCompetencies:Expertise in asphalt and concrete construction (curbs, flat work, sub-grade remediation, base/asphalt installation, and elevation).
