Help us build the next world-class venue.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs the Regional Controller, you will lead accounting operations across multiple entities while ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.\nFinancial Leadership & Accounting Operations\nLead and oversee accounting operations across multiple entities within the region.\nEnsure the integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting structure, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accruals, leases, loans, and intercompany transactions.\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including financial statement preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables.\nManage trial balance uploads into corporate consolidation systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.\nReview and approve bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation.\nOversee payroll administration, tax filings, unemployment claims, garnishments, and retirement plan reporting.\nProject Accounting & Financial Analysis\nLead project accounting activities and ensure proper application of percentage-of-completion accounting principles.\nReview work-in-progress (WIP) schedules, revenue recognition, retainage balances, and over/under billing analyses.\nPartner with project managers to ensure project costs, billings, and financial performance accurately reflect project status.\nMonitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance indicators across the region.\nProvide financial analysis and actionable recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nInternal Controls & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with Tarkett Group accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.\nMaintain audit readiness across all regional entities.\nServe as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors.\nIdentify and mitigate financial and operational risks while strengthening internal control processes.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and develop regional finance team members.\nEstablish performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport employee development through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence\nPartner with the Director of Finance -
